CKW PRICE GUARANTEE: We won’t be beaten on any genuine price.Terms and conditions apply The competitor must have the identical product in stock and available immediately to the general public. Offer does not apply to special order items, special offers, cash, display models, clearance sales, typographical errors and exclusive or limited quantity items. Offer only applies to brand new products. Should a competitor’s price be loss leader, or quoted by a competitor with the sole purpose challenging the price promise (i.e. is being quoted at a UN commercial rate) then we reserve the right to refuse to beat the price. We reserve the right to ask for written proof of a competitors offer before we beat the price.

UNFORTUNATELY: we cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery. All items will require a signature on delivery and cannot be left outside the premises.

PLEASE ENSURE:  someone is at this address to receive the parcel. If no-one is present, a card will be left so you can contact the courier to arrange collection. Please note that delivery is between 7.30am and 6pm. Unfortunately we can’t make tracking enquiries until the day after the scheduled delivery date.

WHEN YOUR GOODS ARRIVE IT IS MOST IMPORTANT: that you check all packaging and goods externally and internal for damage. If The Driver Is Not Prepared To Wait While You Check You Order Then Sign Drivers Delivery Notes As Unchecked. If any parts of the packaging or goods are damaged then you must sign delivery driver notes as damaged. And report any damages to ourselves within one working day (24 hr) if you or anyone signing on your behalf sign the drivers delivery note (i.e. parcels received in good condition) without noting damages or missing parcels we will not raise a credit or replacements if damages or missing items are found later. If you or anyone signing on your behalf signs for the incorrect number of parcels without noting it on the delivery note we will not raise a credit note for those missing goods. We will always request a copy of the delivery note you have signed? Damaged our missing item claims will not be accepted if the note is signed received in good condition, as we need this information and the correct signed notes so as that we can make a claim against the couriers. if in doubt ring us when you get the delivery and before signing the drivers note.

RETURNED GOODS:

in an attempt to maintain the lowest possible prices for our customers, has created the following Return Policy on all items. 

1: No purchased item may be returned without a "Return Goods Authorization". All items returned without such authorization shall be refused and the shipper will be liable for return shipping. If you have a return request, please e-mail: info@parrotcage.co.uk  for an Authorization, describing the reason for the return.

2: Returns are at the discretion of ckw parrot cages or the manufacturer of the product. E-mail inquiries to: info@parrotcage.co.uk Non-Defective returns, if allowed, must: Be received within 7 days of the buyers physical receipt of merchandise Be in "Saleable" condition  Be carriage pre-paid Be accompanied by Return Goods Authorization Number and Original Shipping Charges.

3: Refused or cancelled orders:  is treated the same as a above. 

4: Return within 7 days of receiving it providing that assembly of the item has not been attempted. It must be returned in its original packaging - no exceptions. The buyer is responsible for the return cost, and once the item has been received in its original packaging and condition you will receive a full refund on the item within 7 days, but not the delivery costs.
